Pura Vida health and beauty is moving due to the closure of the Lancaster Total Fitness building.

I have been lucky enough to have found new premises Thanks to Charles Tisdall.

I would just like to say Thankyou to everyone for your kind thoughts, comments, calls, texts and emails. Especially to all my client who have been so paitent with me over the last week This has really made me realise how Lucky I am to have such amazing friends, family, clients and collegues I will miss every one at Total Fitness I loved working there and met some wonderful people over the last three years. I hope to see you all very soon.
